Vaccine Clinic – May 7th, 2021
Note: The location has changed to the Minnick Building at the Fairgrounds
The Baca County Board of Public Health, Baca County Public Health Agency, Southeast Colorado Hospital District will be holding a Covid-19 vaccination clinic at the Minnick Building at the County Fairgrounds on Friday, May 7, 2021 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. All Coloradans over the age of 16 are now eligible for the vaccine; however, for the Moderna vaccine, you need to be 18 or older. If you are between the ages of 16-18 and would like to receive a vaccine, please contact Baca County Public Health as we may be able to obtain doses of the Pfizer vaccine for the clinic.
There is a form that needs to be completed; having the form completed prior to arrival will help make things run more smoothly. You can receive the form from the Baca County Commissioner’s office or on our website at www.bacacountyco.gov; see “vaccine form.” Also, if you return your completed form to the Baca County Public Health Agency or Commissioner’s office prior to the clinic, we will have an idea how many residents to expect; note, the health assessment section should be completed after you arrive at the clinic.
If you have any questions, please call the commissioner’s office at 719.523.6532 or Baca County Public Health Agency at 719.523.6621.
